Dennis Benschop Visuals is a sole trader photography business operated by Dennis Benschop, based in the Netherlands. When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the information you provide - including your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message. We do not collect any data beyond what you voluntarily submit, and we do not use cookies, analytics tools, or tracking software on this website.
Your data is collected solely to respond to your enquiry and, where a booking is made, to deliver the agreed photography services. We do not use your information for marketing purposes, and we will never sell or rent your data to third parties.
Enquiry data is retained for up to 2 years. Where a booking results in an invoice, financial records are kept for 7 years in accordance with Dutch tax law. After these periods, your data is permanently deleted.
Contact form submissions are processed through Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party form handling service. Your submission data passes through their servers in order to be delivered to us. Formspree operates in accordance with GDPR. Beyond this, your data is not shared with any other third parties.
Images taken at events may incidentally include members of the public. Where images are intended for portfolio, website or social media use, Dennis Benschop Visuals will act reasonably and in good faith. If you appear in an image and have concerns about its use, please get in touch and we will address your request promptly.
This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any form of analytics. No data is collected about your visit, your device, or your behaviour on the site.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, and object to or restrict how we process it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@dennisbenschop.com. We will respond within 30 days.
